Jasmin has a delightful personality, and a great voice that shows this over the drive-through intercom system. She has a happy demeanor. I told her that I would recommend her for a raise. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5

The XL burger did not look like the commercial on TV. That's what brought me here. I like to switch my tomato and lettuce when I get any hamburger and I couldn't because the lettuce was shredded to death and they gave me the butt of the tomato. The bread was thick and cold and the meat wasn't heated up enough in the microwave because they don't use a grill. I should have stuck to the habit where they have a grill and your stuff is made to order fresh! Never again will Carl's Jr, Jack in the box, Taco Bell, McDonald's, etc. won't ever get a dime of my hard-earned money. Not to mention they had two bathrooms but they said only one worked but it was occupied so long by an employee, I had to leave. I couldn't even wash my hands. Also the inside dining room had no customers, only a single employee eating lunch. When a place of food service is not occupied with people, that means that the food sucks! And it did! I see a closed location in the future and I won't be surprised at all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I want to highlight an ongoing issue at this Carl's Jr. location. The person closing is often left to handle everything alone. Even though the official shift should end around 1:00 a.m. or 1:30 a.m., they are forced to stay much later, sometimes hours, due to the overwhelming workload. Leaving one person alone in the kitchen for three or four hours to handle everything is unreasonable and honestly feels like labor abuse. This needs to be addressed—no one should be left to deal with that kind of workload alone for such extended hours Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
