This review is only for my visit today, and doesn't reflect my 5 star experiences from before. I went in for lunch today, and ordered a Triple Guacamole Large Combo. It was pretty busy, so it took a while to get my order. While I was waiting, a worker called out a Big Carl with fries. I sat there for a minute, then checked my receipt. Sure enough, it was for me. It was good, but it wasn't what I ordered. I could say it was a simple mistake, but Big Carl doesn't sound anything like Guacamole. Saying this, be sure to check your order at the register to make sure they don't put in something completely different. Price per person: $10–20

Waited almost ten minutes after ordering, watched the person make the burger and the ketchup was the warmest thing on it. While it looked like someone sat on it. All while just being made. Two bites and it was thrown away. If i had eaten there I would’ve insisted on my money back. Skip this place if they can’t even get a burger right. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
