Tried this pizza for the first time yesterday via pickup with my family, and it was so delicious that we went back to the shop to eat in again today. I’m actually not a big fan of pizza, but this place is incredible. Hands down the best pizza I've ever had! The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is great. My favorite was the Margherita. If you’re looking for a pizza that’s perfectly seasoned (not too salty) with high-quality, gourmet dough, you must visit this place. Pro tip here: If you have leftovers (It tastes even better if you’ve kept it in the fridge or freezer beforehand), put them in a pan over low heat with the lid on. Heat it until the cheese feels warm and soft to the touch. I'm eating it right now, and it's shockingly delicious. The crispy texture is insane. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Thin, crispy, large slices with proper proportion of sauce, cheese and toppings. If you like cheesy, saucy slices, might need to look elsewhere. Also a huge fan of their cheese steaks. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The pizza is delicious if you’re picking up a slice to go, eating in restaurant or ordering for delivery. The new owner is so kind, normal, down to earth. I called today on a busy Friday night during Lent and asked for the pizza to be extra hot and he made it happen which I truly appreciate. The crust is thin and crispy, perfect ratio of sauce to cheese. Carmine and Rays is my go to in Closter and surrounding areas if you want a nice slice. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
