The barbacoa & Carnita tacos are a 10/10 the best on the south side. I did not like the steak tacos they tasted plain. The rice and beans were delicious as well. Definitely a hidden gem Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Carnitas are decent. Cashier is RUDE. She seemed bothered with every question I asked and it was just asking about another salsa I usually get and didn’t see it in the salsa fridge. Didn’t even greet customers that walked in. I’m usually a very joyful and understanding person, but the level of unprofessionalism is not acceptable! After finally checking out I said “Ok muchas gracias,” and she didn’t even bother to acknowledge it. I’d rather take a drive to Carnitas Uruapan than to come here again! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Travelled over and hour to visit this Location with my family , the carnitas are absolutely delicious But the customer service is horrible From the cashiers and servers I got my carnitas and 5 minutes my tortillas They forgot my husbands menudo I had to asked twice for it ... they are unorganized As a place of high demand right now they need better management to help with the getting people in and out as quick as possible . To top it off we were charge 20percent gratuity which I wouldn't mind if they had great customer service but it was mediocre, it is not on the door , it is no on the menu . It is not visable until you go pay. They have a sign. $25 dollar tip for horrible customer Service is insane . I would have tipped tops 15 percent . The lady with the glasses helping , was frustrated and in a horrible mood , answered me in a very ugly negative way " yo solo Trabajo aqui" the cashier was giving change wrong while in line I witnessed 2 people return for correct change . Overall the food was great ! We loved it . But the atmosphere, and service is not worth my 1 hours drive . Do better carnitas Aguascalientes, Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
