We were on the road for a dr's appointment in Hisperia. When we were done, we realized we were famished, since the patient had to fast for the appointment. She wanted Mexican food and nothing else, so I said, "let's just go down Main St. and see if there's a place." Well, as we ventured down the road, there on the corner of Main & 11th was 'Carnitas Ayala'. We parked, went in, and were quickly greeted by 'Jonathon', who was a very polite and courteous young man in his 20', with a very professional and attentive demeanor. As we were guided to our table by Jonathon, I immediately noticed the sparkling cleanliness of this establishment. We then met 'Yveth', the restaurant manager. Yveth is a very lovely, warm, and welcoming lady, who obviously knows how to run and maintain a busy, buzzing restaurant atmosphere, with ease. She was not only very pleasant to us, but also to all the others dining. We felt at home with the staff at Carnitas Ayala. Now, let's talk about food: In our lifetime, my wife and I have together probably been to over 1000 Mexican Restaurants. Look, honestly, we have been to some good places, and we have also been to some not so good. But regardless of all of our experiences eating at Mexican Restaurants, Carnitas Ayala has taken the top prize-the GOLD MEDAL!! The food was SPECTACULAR and cooked to perfection!! I can not say enough to truly describe our wonderful experience in this restaurant. We are already making plans to visit there again. Not to be remiss, they have a live band on Fridays and they are actually quite equipped to accommodate that as well-with a stage and all the necessary equipment. My wife and I have plans to visit on a Friday as well. We can hardly wait to be back to Carnitas Ayala!! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!! The food was worth our trip to Hesperia....the customer service we received was the best more like family. The price...... very much affordable.....and the Carnitas wr the best I had ever had. No fat...and cook just right. Will definitely return! Thank you Yvette and Jonathon for your excellent hospitality....your restaurant was the cleanest I had ever seen in that city! See you on our next trip! Worth the wait! Vegetarian options: Anything you may want....they will give it thr all to fix Parking: Lots of parking! Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant very easy to accommodate wheelchairs!
