I am extremely grateful for the team and the person who worked on my son’s cake, everyone was extremely kind and made it fast and efficient, the person who took my custom order was extremely patient and brought my ideas to life, they all went above and beyond, this is my second time ordering custom cakes from this and I will continue ordering my cakes from them!!!!!

It just doesn't seem like what it used to be. As owner requested more information this might help. "Some customers and former franchise owners claim that over the past 20 years, Carvel has replaced many natural ingredients with more cost-effective substitutes, reducing the butterfat and natural components in some products narkive. This can make the ice cream less rich and less “real” in taste. Others note that certain chocolate products have developed unexpected flavors, like a coffee aftertaste, which they say was not present in earlier batches narkive. While some of these reports may be anecdotal, they reflect a broader industry trend where companies cut costs by using lower-quality dairy or sweeteners."

Apologies if you can be more specific would help us understand. Business is double what it was a few years ago and always over staffing. A lot of things are different from 2005 to 2015 to 2026 and plenty of places have gone out of business so would enjoy to hear details.

Boxes are mislabeled with what the contents are. Manager was indifferent when it was explained to him. They simply dont care. Go elsewhere.
