I love the fajitas, margaritas and queso here! Service is always very good whether they are busy or slow. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Guacamole, Fajitas Mixtas, Classic Queso, Chips and Salsa, Chicken Tortilla Soup

Tonight (Saturday 2/3/24 @ 7:00 PM) was my family first time dining at Casa Mama's in Rockwall. We are new to the Rockwall area, and decided to try them out. We are a party of 4 and had to wait around 20ish minutes for a table, which wasn't bad for a Saturday night in Downtown Rockwall. We were seated and quickly greeted by chips and salsa brought out. A few minutes later our waiter came by and took our drink orders. We looked over the menu, which had great choices! We decided to go with the Parillada Sanchez. Around 20 - 25 minutes passed by and our food came out piping hot. The food was absolutely delicious. The meat was tender and my favorite part of the food from the beans, rice etc, was it wasn't salty as all. Which is a huge plus, because a lot of Mexican restaurants are heavy handed with the salt. My daughter loved the rice and beans! The vibe was right, the music playing had us dancing in our seats, lol. We will definitely be back. The parking does get full on the weekends at dinner time, so be sure to give yourself time. Also the price point for most plates I would say is average. Around $ 12 - 20 per person. Food was above average. The Hispanic male staff member with the speckled gray pony tail was flippant, arrogant, & very rude. Suggestion: reacquaint yourself with the definition of professionalism. I hope to gosh he isn't the owner. When asked for extra lime wedges, he said "they're expensive". WTF??? Look clown, I'm paying for service, & if I want lime wedges, just bring me a whole damn lime & I'll cut them myself & save you the price of your labor.
