An extraordinary place with extraordinary hosts. Located on the edge of Marrakech, in Targa, Casa Taos is a haven of peace. Our stay in February at Casa Taos was perfect. It's located on the outskirts of Marrakech with the only sounds being from songbirds. Our immaculate room was spacious, with a beautiful fireplace, a comfortable sitting area, and a furnished terrace overlooking the pool and garden. The fireplaces were always lit in the common areas, creating a very welcoming and homey feel. All of the meals were delicious, homemade, authentically Moroccan, and of local ingredients. The preserved lemon Harissa is not to be missed if you like a little kick to your food - just the right amount of spice! Everyone there is friendly and attentive. The owner has a wealth of knowledge about the area and knew exactly where we should go based on our interests (and facilitated the reservations and transportation). Hinde is a true treasure. She made sure everything at Casa Taos was taken care of - often before we could even think to request it. We will be returning to Casa Taos as soon as we can. There's literally no other place in Marrakesh where you could find yourselve more welcomed and kindly assisted as in Casa Taos. We stayed for several days and we really felt like at home. The food served was delightful and they adapt perfectly to any kind of allergies, special diets, yet being fresh and tasteful. The room we stayed was like taken from the Arabian Nights but with a very sofisticated touch. The service was very attentive and helpful. We would definitely repeat!
