The food & atmosphere was great, tacos were delicious. The one bartender could have been more attentive, he left us hanging a couple times when we were ready to order, and both our order and the order of the people next to us was messed up. Great beer selection though. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Chips and Salsa, Carnitas

Casa Verde Taqueria in the Boston neighborhood of Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts has a large outdoors seating area in the back of the restaurant next to the parking lot. Parking is free in the back parking lot.One of my friends dines outside only during this health situation. There are large umbrellas on most of the tables and we got hit with the sun regardless, around 4pm.We ordered the Brussels sprouts taco, pescado taco, queso with carnitas and chips, and barbacoa quesadilla. Each dish was delicious and flavorful. The tacos were one per order and pricey. A carafe of water was placed on the table and the server poured our glasses from the carafe, leaving a small amount. When the carafe was empty, I went to a shop for several minutes. I came back to the table and after a while, I asked a server for a refill of the carafe. Afterwards, my friend said she had asked a server to refill the carafe when I was away from the table. The service was good otherwise. What I like is that different servers help out each table, not just one person.There is a HAF fee of 5% which I noticed when I got home and looked through the pictures. HAF is supposedly a kitchen fee and sales tax was applied to this fee as HAF was placed in the subtotal.
