I recently stayed at Stamford Plaza Adelaide for a conference and had the pleasure of visiting Cascade Bar. The atmosphere was beautifully moody and relaxing — the perfect setting to unwind after a full, busy day. Charlie, the bartender, provided exceptional service. Despite it being a busy night, he remained calm, attentive, and friendly. He double-checked my order to ensure everything was exactly right, and Espresso Martini was excellent. Lovely atmosphere in this lounge bar at Stamford Plaza! The lovely lady working behind the bar made us some amazing Frangelico sours off menu after asking about amaretto (which they don't have) Perfect spot for a pre-dinner drink! Price per person: A$20–40 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
