Every time I walk into Casey’s and (I hope I’m getting the name right) Annalise is working it’s was always a great experience. She is so nice, very helpful, and altogether a wonderful person to be behind the counter.she needs a raise and a pat on the back. I absolutely love walking in and seeing her smile and greet me as if she has known me forever. She makes sure I know of every deal I can get thru the app and in store savings. I just love her customer service skills. She is definitely manager material. Thank you Casey’s in Linn for a great experience every time I walk through your doors. Wish I could say the same about the Jefferson City location but I can’t because not all my trips there have been wonderful experiences. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My friend ordered a pizza 90 minutes ago, and there’s still no update on the order. No notification, no delay warning. nothing. We tried calling multiple times, and no one picked up, even though the restaurant was supposed to be open. At this point, it honestly feels like the place just shut down and left delivery orders hanging. This isn’t just slow service, it’s complete lack of communication and accountability. If you’re not able to fulfill orders, at least let customers know instead of leaving them waiting indefinitely. Really disappointing experience. I'm certain your mom would be so disappointed in you. Do better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
