I get gas there probably twice a week. For the last 3 or 4 months, I got receipts from the pump twice and all that time, I asked him inside how come they never filled the receipt box at the pump and they had no excuse. I'm handicapped, and it's not easy to walk from a truck inside the building and back out through the truck. That's why I paid the pump but I need a receipt.Because company pays my fuel.This is an ongoing issue.Whenever you go inside , there's 4or5 workers in there

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a gas station or convenience store. The cashier with the eyebrow piercing, possibly named Avery since she refuses to wear a name tag, was shockingly rude, dismissive, and openly hostile. From the moment I walked up, she treated me like I was a burden for simply trying to check out. No greeting, no basic courtesy, no professionalism whatsoever. Just constant attitude, eye rolling, and a clear display of irritation for having to do her job. This was not a bad day or a simple mistake. This was a consistent, deliberate level of disrespect that made the entire experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. If someone despises interacting with customers this much, they should not be working in customer service. Her behavior reflects extremely poorly on this location and the company as a whole. I would seriously question management if this is considered acceptable. To make matters worse, the food quality is just as disappointing. The breakfast burrito is consistently dry and bland, with the queso dumped only at the very end, leaving most of the burrito flavorless and unpleasant. It is frustrating to pay for food that is clearly assembled with zero care or attention. Between the terrible service and the poor food quality, I will absolutely not be returning. This location needs major improvements in both employee attitude and food preparation. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited almost 10 minutes for someone to help us with a pizza ordered for takeout. Saw one sitting outside a box on a counter, which turned out to be ours. Finally got it and made it home to find it cold and without the banana peppers that were ordered. Had pizza from Casey's at other locations and they have been great, but this location was subpar. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
