Cork is already one of our go to spots. Cask has now become our special occasion place. Great food, service, ambiance and value. Felt right at home from right when we sat down. Bartender was amazing. Highly recommend for a great night out

Tonight was our first time at Cask as a late Valentine’s Day dinner. Jen and Giovanni were amazing they found flowers from the Valentines weekend and had them brought as a place setting for our table. The atmosphere was warm inviting and elegant. My wife started with the French onion soup that she raved about. I started with the bacon wrapped dates and they were superb. We also ordered the Parker rolls with house made maple butter they were warm soft and great by them selves but the butter definitely elevated the dish. I ordered the grilled filet which was cooked perfectly medium rare and my wife had the Calabrian chicken pasta. The chicken was juicy, tender and had a perfect crispy skin. The pasta was perfectly cooked. For dessert my wife got the apple crisp which was again perfect. It was warm gooey, with a perfect crunch from the crisp and the ice cream on top chefs kiss. We will definitely visit Cask again as well as Cork and Rye. Absolutely amazing cuisine, great staff with keen eye for hospitality.

Cask was the perfect spot to celebrate my nephew’s new job and accomplishments. Below are brief descriptions of each dish we enjoyed: We started with these appetizers; - Painted Lady — Bright, flavorful starter with a nice balance of acidity and richness. - Beet & Chèvre Salad — Earthy roasted beets paired beautifully with tangy chèvre and fresh greens. - Calamari — Lightly crisped, tender inside, well-seasoned with a bright dipping sauce. - Lamb Lollipops — Juicy, savory, and perfectly cooked with a punchy herb crust. - Crispy Pork Belly — Crunchy exterior with lusciously fatty, melt-in-your-mouth meat. I enjoyed the Pan-Roasted Chilean Sea Bass — Delicate, flaky, and buttery — a standout for texture and seasoning; paired wonderfully with Ceretto Blange Arneis. My husband’s favorite dish is the Calabrian Chicken Pasta — Comforting, spicy-sweet Calabrian heat with perfectly al dente pasta; paired wonderfully with Ceretto Blange Arneis. My son had the Red Wine–Marinated Hanger Steak — Robust, savory, and nicely charred; went great with the creamy, chunky mashed potatoes. My niece had the 14 oz Ribeye — Rich, beefy, and satisfying; complemented well by wild mushrooms and mashed potato, Wild Mushrooms (side) — Earthy, well-sautéed, and a great companion to the steak and ribeye. Mashed Potato (side) — Creamy with a pleasant texture—smooth but with a bit of chunkiness in places. My nephew enjoyed the Miso-Roasted Cod — Umami-forward, tender, with a subtle sweet-salty glaze that kept us coming back for bites. The kids were experiencing Cask for the first time and loved the atmosphere and the food. Thank you for making our celebration memorable.
