Обслуживание - выше всяких похвал: внимательный, вежливый персонал, приятная атмосфера и хорошие коктейли. К сожалению, кухня не оправдала ожиданий. Единственное, что действительно понравилось - это свежий тёплый хлеб с хумусом, поданный в качестве комплимента. Тунец оказался совершенно пресным, а соус был подобран неудачно и не сочетался с блюдом. Овощи как гарнир к тунцу были сырые и твердые. Жареные цуккини - ничего особенного. Десерт суховат- не впечатлил. Осьминог разочаровал больше всего: был очень жёстким, с трудом резался ножом и плохо жевался. Я очень много раз пробовала осьминога в разных местах и знаю, каким нежным и вкусным он может быть, поэтому такой результат был особенно неприятным. К сожалению, кухня не соответствует уровню отеля. We dined at Catch Restaurant, the Radisson Collection Resort’s signature seafood venue, on a Sunday night as a party of seven. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and promptly seated, setting the tone for an exceptional evening. The restaurant itself is elegant yet relaxing, with a bright, inviting ambiance and stunning ocean views. Specializing in the freshest seafood from the Indian Ocean, Catch offers guests the opportunity to select from fresh seafood options and choose from a variety of global cooking styles. We ordered a spread that showcased the chef’s skill:. Hot Butter Cuttlefish – perfectly crisp and flavorful. Green Salad with Avocado – fresh, vibrant, and well-balanced. Grilled Prawns – served with both lemon butter and garlic butter sauces, cooked to perfection. Modha Fish Cubes in Red Curry Sauce – rich, aromatic, and full of depth. Seafood Fried Rice – generous with seafood and beautifully seasoned. Desserts – the Ginger and Honey Crunch Cheesecake and the Five Spices Chocolate Cake with Mango Sorbet were both outstanding finales to the meal. Every dish was executed flawlessly, with top-notch service throughout. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, and the pacing of the meal was just right. Expect to spend around LKR 10,000 per person (inclusive of service charge and taxes), which we found excellent value given the quality of food, presentation, and service. Whether you dine indoors or on the breezy outdoor terrace, Catch Restaurant delivers a refined yet relaxed dining experience, perfect for anyone wanting to savor premium seafood in a stunning setting.
