First time dining here today after many recommendations. Rich, the district manager was so kind to remake my daughter’s steak bowl after the server accidentally poured too much Greek vinaigrette on the first bowl. He made it right! Many thanks. We’ll be back. I was surprised it was $60 for 2 bowls and 1 kids meal but that’s the times we’re in now. Everything, everywhere is so expensive! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $60–70

This is the 6th time I have been to this location and left without a meal. Every single time I go there around 8PM they are out of food. This is due to the cooks and staff being lazy and not preparing food because they want to turn away business in the evening and not have to deal with cleaning. Makes their jobs easier I presume. Zero customer service. Someone from corporate needs to head down there and have a serious talk with this team because I am not the only one that has complained about this and the entire city of cumming is catching word. Two hours before closing numerous times this location is out of toppings, rice or chicken. This is unacceptable. Save yourself the time and gas and head to north point cava. Also I asked if they were preparing food this time because it was no where near closing time and they said no. How are they still open?
