The hookah lounge I recently visited was the most disappointing experience I have ever had. All the hookahs tasted like burnt pan. We ordered three hookahs, but none of them matched the flavors we had requested. Our drinks were also ruined three times, and we had to wait a long time for them. The food was also terrible, and we were out of most of the items we tried to order, including mango juice. It took four separate requests to get fresh coals, and it took two hours to do so. Overall, this place was terrible. At the end of our visit, they charged us $300 plus an 18% tip, which I believe they did not deserve. I am very disappointed with this experience. I strongly advise you to avoid this establishment and instead choose a place that prioritizes providing good service and flavorful food. This place should not be in business. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Chill place to grab a hookah and watch the world cup. A little pricey but nice vibe and environment. The staff is on top of things. They bring you free chips and dip with your experience which helps enhance the whole experience. Their hookahs are good compared to other spots!

Honestly, very disappointing experience. Cavalli has completely lost its touch with regular customers. It feels like the focus has shifted almost entirely to private parties, and everything else comes second now. The vibe is not what it used to be—music is overly soft and lacks energy, which takes away from the overall experience. What once felt lively and premium now feels dull and disconnected. Service has also taken a hit. Staff seemed distracted and more focused on accommodating private events than paying attention to regular diners. It no longer feels welcoming or worth the visit. Used to enjoy coming here, but sadly, it’s just not the same place anymore. Definitely not going back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
