It didn't have the caviar options that are on the menu, although it only had two; The waiter had the courage to ask me if it was expensive, which left me very shocked; The cover charge left a lot to be desired, even the quantity of pickled cucumbers was absurd, just one per person; Not serving champagne in the appropriate glass is also quite strange, mainly because they serve it in all other units; I had no choice but to buy the bottle, but they served it in giant glasses that weren't suitable for serving the drink, in addition to taking up a lot of space on the tiny table and I had to ask for a change; When I asked about Beluga Gold vodka, which is the one I like to enjoy with my caviar, the maître d' stopped next to the waiter and said that Kaspia doesn't work with Beluga vodka, which isn't true, as three weeks before I had taken it. vodka in the restaurant in Paris and in January I had the same vodka in the restaurant in Dubai, when I informed him about this, he said “ah! So it changed, because ten years ago it wasn’t like that.” So does that mean it hasn't been updated in ten years? When the caviar arrived, the chopped eggs didn't come, after waiting and seeing that they weren't coming, I asked for the whites, yolks and chives to be served. After a long time, the large chopped egg whites arrived, which made the experience difficult. I asked about the egg yolks and chives and they said they would send them; After waiting a while longer, I asked again about the egg yolks and chives, then THE CHEF WAS TO THE TABLE went to the table to “understand” my order, so I explained and heard “but we only serve this with Beluga Gold caviar , but I'll send it to the table”, I think it's absurd for the restaurant to have this attitude, in other restaurants it's not like that; When the yolks arrived they were not chopped, I had to chop them with my knife to be able to eat them; Obviously, the blinis were already cold when I finally managed to taste my caviar, as it is served incorrectly, directly on the plate and without protection from the air conditioning, with a little bundle made from a napkin, a technique used in every restaurant I know; The table they gave us was too small for the full caviar service and so everything was piled up on the table, the kind of thing that shouldn't happen when you charge the prices that this restaurant charges, even much more expensive than Kaspia in Dubai. My guest and I were still hungry, so I ordered baked potatoes with beluga gold caviar and the waiter ASKED ME IF I KNEW HOW MUCH IT COST!!!! I said yes (as he had informed me when I asked about the caviar options) then he left. I regret not leaving the restaurant at that moment. His attitude WAS ABSURD!!! Then the bill arrived and I came to the conclusion that I had never paid so much for such a mediocre experience. More than seven thousand reais to go through the worst gastronomic experience of my life! Caviar Kaspia from São Paulo doesn't know what luxury is, they need urgent training, or this restaurant won't last. The excuse that the restaurant is new makes no sense, as the Dubai restaurant was only three months old when it gave me one of the best gastronomic experiences of my life. I found it strange that the restaurant was practically empty on a Thursday night, but after this experience I completely understand why. When I took my guest, who was not familiar with the restaurant, it was with the promise that it would be an incredible experience, as I was taking into account my previous experiences, you have no idea how embarrassed I went through.
