Previous carvery was also very disappointing on a previous visit. We have been going there for years but it has been going down hill of late. Will not be visiting any time in the future
the sign on table said you would be told when to go up .. we never got told after asking 2 people who never got back to us. I eventually went inside and was told by the woman on check-in to "just go up". the male who served us was not bothered he kept looking over at us but never said a word.. terrible customer service and lack of organisation regarding the carvery . people came in after us and got served 1st
