At first, my wife and I liked the atmosphere and the options on the menu. We ordered a medallion with Risotto and an Ancho with creamy rice, at first, the Risotto and creamy rice were great. The BIG disappointment was when we found a HAIR in one of the dishes and asked the waiter to remove the dish. I finished mine and we asked for the bill, and to our surprise, they brought it with a charge for TWO dishes and we had to ask for the one with hair to be removed. What made us most upset was that at NO point, neither the waiter nor the restaurant owner apologized. It was the LEAST they could do. But no, they went on with their lives as if nothing had happened.
