I recently started working in the area and the Centrepointe Cafe & Deli seemed like a good option, since it is located near where I work. I ordered their Deli Sub. It is a wrap with roast beef, ham, roast chicken, accompanied by tomatoes, lettuce, and a zesty sun-dried tomato sauce. The service was quick and prompt, and I grabbed my sandwich to go. When I got to my place of business, I removed the item out of the paper bag and sandwich paper it was bundled in. As I unwrapped the sandwich, I discovered that the sandwich had been marinated in their sun-dried tomato sauce. It was actually drenched in it. I took a bite and immediately gave up, the sandwich was uneatable. I wanted to go back to get a refund. Yes, the experience was that disappointing, however my days are usually extremely busy, and time is not a luxury that I have during business hours. I no longer consider this deli as a viable lunch time option.

We are so sorry for your sandwich, our staff might put too much sauce on your sandwich, you can just come to the store and we will make you another one or give you a refund. Sorry again.
