Я вырос в городе у моря поэтому, увидев в меню дня жареную молодую макрель с томатным ризотто долго думать не стал. Это было достойно! Порция была щедрой и очень вкусной. Далее был десерт, который только подтвердид, это кафе достойно, чтоб в него снова придти! И большое спасибо девушке обслуживающей наш столик, из Запорожья, она сделала наше пребывание и трапезу очень комфортным! Однозначно рекомендую к посещению! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We visited this restaurant for lunch as a group of four adults and two children. Fortunately, the restaurant was not busy, so we had no problem finding a table. We were seated at 2:00 PM, but despite the fact that the restaurant was far from full, our food did not arrive until 3:00 PM. My son ordered a hamburger, and it was completely burnt, literally black. We did not ask for a replacement because he was extremely hungry and we could not risk waiting another hour for food. The chicken salad and the Thursday special (whose name I unfortunately cannot remember) were decent and acceptable. As for the drinks, the lemonades and another beverage made with fresh lemon were undrinkable. The lemonades cost €5 each, and we even tried diluting them with water, but they were still far too sour to drink. This has never happened to me before, especially considering that I regularly order lemonade in Portugal. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment came when we received the bill. For my son, I specifically ordered a very simple hamburger with just bread and meat. However, I was charged the full price of €13, exactly the same as their "Cerro" burger, which includes many additional ingredients. What surprised me was not the issue of receiving a €2 or €3 discount. It was a matter of customer respect and fairness. In the many restaurants I have visited in Peniche over the years, I have never experienced being charged full price for a significantly simplified version of a menu item. When I politely asked for an explanation, I was simply told that this is the price of their hamburger, period. Overall, the one-hour wait for food, the burnt burger, the disappointing drinks, and the lack of flexibility or customer care regarding the bill made this a very disappointing experience. Sadly, it is not a place I would choose to return to. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–25
