Fantastic hidden gem in Las Vegas. Excellently prepared Mexican sea food with a huge menu. Great decor & good service. The octopus tacos are highly recommended.

The basic ceviche they sell is horrible and the prepared one is equally terrible, I go around until the fish is frozen and in pieces when they show it ground on the menu, the worst ceviche in Las Vegas Service: Dine in

Cevicheria El Diamante has a cool, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for hanging out with friends and enjoying some of their delicious cocktails. It's one of those restaurants you'll see commonly mentioned by local social media influencers and with good reason! As soon as you walk in the first thing you'll notice is the decor. It's very coastal/beach themed with even the chandeliers being made up of oyster shells. Of course a restaurant, no matter how visually pleasing, wouldn't be much of a restaurant if the food wasn't good. And the food here is GOOD. A staple at our table is the Molcajete - filled to the brim with steak meat, octopus, fish, queso, aguacate, chorizo and shrimp. They're big enough to feed 2-3 people comfortably. Because I like seafood I always enjoy a tostada platter all to by myself - 4 of their toastadas overflowing with delicious shrimp, crab, avocado, etc. The Camarones Zarandeados are another winner. Zarandeado is a Mexican mesquite based cooking method from Nayarit, Mexico and these shrimp are loaded with flavor. They're spicy and tart but very rewarding for the adventurous palette. Every time we go there's one lucky table getting a churro cart ordered. Haven't ordered it yet but if you go, and have a sweet tooth, get one and enjoy.
