The food is usually good can’t complain on that however, the staff that was serving he needs customer service training. I made an order over the phone when I came to store they guy didn’t said a single word and simply signalled at card machine to pay. It’s was like he didn’t wanted to work. The staff name was now showed but I was served at 4:45 on 6th September. Just in case if owner wants to do the investigation. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch

Chaiiwala is the best place. The chai was rich, flavourful, and served hot, and the food was fresh and tasty. The atmosphere was relaxed, making it a nice place to catch up with friends or enjoy a quick snack. Bhavesh and all staff were friendly and the service was quick. Definitely worth visiting if you’re craving authentic street-style chai and snacks. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
