I had dinner in this chalet by chance also to be able to change since every night I tried various chalets in the area. As soon as we sat down I could say that the waiter arrived after a long wait and I immediately understood that he is not up to doing his job. For example, he listed the dishes available in the kitchen even though I had asked him for the menu to be able to choose the dishes and wines. So I had to insist on asking for the menu, then he reluctantly got it carried. We ordered a gnocco with seafood and a spaghetti with seafood which he denied us so as not to overload the kitchen. So he proposed us the "rosé" fettuccine with seafood, that is, white, even though he had chosen them with red sauce, which was not possible. Despite this, the raw fettucine arrived, inedible and tasteless. We told the waiter that they were raw, i.e. not cooked, but we had no response from any of the staff or employer. Next we ordered a single portion of skewers, despite the waiter insisting that we order two. When they arrived we immediately noticed that they were hideous to look at, worse than the first, they were badly cooked and completely without breading. I strongly advise against it!
