Tonight we celebrated a beautiful birthday dinner for a dear friend of ours and we could not have picked a better place to get together. Thank you NG and Christina for a lovely evening. The food was impeccable & the drinks were perfect. Your attention and sercice was amazing. This restaurant not only wows in atmosphere but in food, beverage and people! I recently attended the New Year’s Eve event at Chambers Steakhouse & Supper Club in Toronto and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. Despite paying $600 for tickets and eight drinks, the evening was marred by poor organization and subpar service. Upon being seated, we waited an hour for our salads and an additional hour for the main course. Throughout the night, we had to repeatedly search for our waitress, even though we tipped $100 by the end of the evening. The food quality was mediocre at best, failing to justify the high cost. As midnight approached, we struggled to receive the prosecco, finally obtaining it just moments before the New Year. The advertised entertainment in the restaurant was lackluster: a guest singer performed only a couple of songs, and women in costumes merely walked around the venue without engaging in any meaningful way. To make matters worse, it took us an additional hour to close our bill because the waitress struggled with the POS system. Overall, the night felt like a waste of money, especially considering we had other options for New Year’s celebrations. I cannot recommend spending New Year’s Eve at this establishment. Fortunately a gentleman named Frank Foster who helped us with tickets, dinner, and was generous enough to invite us to his booth upstairs to make up for the lack of service beforehand, is the sole reason we somewhat enjoyed our time. He was kind enough to interact and share his drinks and kind service with us. I don’t recommend Chambers for New Years but I will recommend the Frank gentleman for any service moving forward. Great food and awesome service! The food was delicious, Roxie took very good care of us and helped make my birthday special.
