В этом кафе представлены блюда международной кухни. В Chapter One обязательно попробуйте вкусный хрустящий салат из курицы, курицу в лаваше и морепродукты. Клиенты этого места пишут, что здесь обязательно надо заказать хороший чизкейк. Вам понравятся неплохой кофе, чай или горячий шоколад.
По вечерам здесь играет живая музыка. Множество гостей говорят, что персонал в этом заведении терпеливый. Посетителям нравится впечатляющий сервис. Цены здесь умеренные. В этом кафе посетителям нравится спокойная атмосфера.

I ordered a sea food phad Thai noodles and also a fusion modha was ordered by my friend. We were in the mood for soup too so we got one sweet corn and chicken soup along with a Tom yum soup. The soups arrived 6-7 minutes after placing the order and the sweet corn soup that I had was delicious. I tried a bit of tom yum too and man it had the right authentic taste to it.
We were then served with the mains and the phad Thai noodles dish was quite the mouth watering sight for me. My Thai food experiences kicked in to see if this one would make it to the shelf and it certainly didn't disappoint me. The noodles was rich in taste and had plenty of delightful prawns and other sea food. It was not over cooked nor under cooked and was in the perfect zone with not too much of oil. According to my fellow foodie the fusion modha (fish with boiled vegie salad and corn) tasted crispy and tasty too.
The bill was an average one to my surprise and the overall experience was delightful making it worthy for more visits.

The milkshakes were so ice creamy in flavor rather than being milky and it was too sweet for our taste. The strawberry milkshake did consist of some fresh sliced strawberries which we liked.
One thing you can't fault Chapter One for is their presentation. Even if the food does lack flavour, the plating certainly doesn't lack taste.
You can choose to dine outside, though the indoors has a great ambiance with its exposed brick wall. It's actually a really beautiful place to dine in.
Chapter One seems to focus on great presentation and affordability, but I wish they would work towards more impressive flavors.
