An utter disaster. Ordered online and when I arrived BEFORE the App said my order would be ready, it had already been prepared and was sitting in what looked like a large black heating oven. Needless to say the fries were, at best, warm (not hot as had always been my experience at other Checkers). The Mobile Order lane was blocked off, and the AI Chatbot misunderstood my instruction that I was there to pick up a Mobile Order and kept asking what size Coke I wanted. It finally told me the price of the coke and I pulled forward. This location is poised on a “postage stamp” size property, and driving thru the drive-thru is a real challenge. As you exit the pickup window, you cannot see where you are headed because it is a sharp DOWNHILL left turn. I barely managed to avoid scrubbing my chrome wheels. Finally, the American Express charge did not come thru as a charge at Checkers, but rather came thru as a “Door Dash” charge, which took some time for me to figure out this was actually a Checkers Charge, just before I was about to call American Express and report this as a fraudulent charge. I will NEVER return to this Checkers, which should never have been built in the first place. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The person helping us wasn't very friendly. They were out of fried chicken sandwiches. When we took the food back to the office to eat, we discovered two of the 3 meals we ordered were wrong: one was a single instead of a double. The other was a burger instead of the chicken sandwich ordered. The fries were delicious, and what we got tasted fine, but we won't be back anytime soon. “The fries though!” THE ADDICTION you always needed. Is the service slow? Maybe. Is the restaurant chronically understaffed? Definitely. Is the parking lot always empty and the tables dirty? Unfortunately. But GUYS, the FRIES. With a perfectly spicy and somehow just a little bit sweet flavor, these babies just slide down your gullet like momma’s cooking. Just order the Fry Lovers XL and thank me later. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Our fries are things of legend around here, Matt! We want to make sure we have the best team in place to provide fast service and make sure our restaurant is spotless. We will continue to improve so we can provide a much better experience while you enjoy our fries. See you again soon!
