Absolutely shit! Please explain to me WHY on the app and website the food i ordered came to less then 20.00 yet when I went in person it was 28.00!!! Will NOT be returning ever again as they misrepresented their pricing! Also the fries are nasty and tasted like old oil the last time my daughter got food from there. Shameful Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Tell me why my husband went to get checkers for the whole family tonight at 630pm on 6/3/26 and was met with rudeness and told he was wrong. The first problem is apparently they said they can only make vanilla milk shakes. And then when he got his order he only had one of the fries when there should be 2. More than one person ordered fries. It was an order for 4 people. And he was also missing my grandmother's hotdog. And he was told he was wrong and everything is in the bag. When he clearly went through everything to make sure everyone's meal was in the bag before coming home. He had to fight with the people in order to get a French fry and a hot dog. All my 75 year old grandmother wanted was a hot dog a small fry and a chocolate shake. And they weren't going to give us her meal. Instead of a hot meal my husband had to sit and argue with these people to get my grandmother's meal. And everyone else's food got cold. Never going back to this location. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with this location just the first time I'm saying something. It's so close to my house so it's so convenient but I'll be driving farther from now on. And guess what. When I checked the bags it was just the hot dog he fought for and the small fry they argued he would have to pay for because it was "in the bag". It most certainly was not in the bag. If he didn't keep trying to get the food and accepted it she wouldn't have had anything to eat. Who treats customers like this??? Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50

No receipt given. Not all the food was in the bag. Then I was told I didn't pay for it. What a Ripoff. I live here and never have ao must disrespect from that place. Not going back. 30+year custome. Bad management. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
