AI ordering is needs a lot of work. I was missing items, added them at the window with the up charge and was still missing the items. Not again! Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. We ordered online, through their app. The app said their order would be ready at 12:35-12:45. So we went to go pick it up. The lady at the window was rude as hell and told us that we needed to wait until 12:50. We didn’t get the order on time, and then they told us it was because it didn’t appear in their system. We said okay, showed proof we paid for it, and they all saw that and agreed we paid for it. They said they gotta wait for the order to appear in the system. We waited outside in the heat for over thirty MINUTES just for me to go in and see them sitting and eating while laughing at the phone! I call them over and they said they can’t do nothing even though we paid for it because they needed the ticket on the bag! I said okay, but you guys know we paid for it. Why can’t you just make it manually? They said nope, and that we would have to spend money again, so our money got eaten and we didn’t even get our food! The little boy I talked to was rude as hell to me and slammed the sliding door in my face too! Never go here! Slow, sloppy, ignorant folk that don’t care about your service and just wanna hang out and have fun. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Nope nope and nope. First they have an AI taking the order. Which it didn't get my order right. We get to the window there are bars on the window. Okay that's fine we get past that We got to takes our money and says our chicken was cooking. So we waited as we do it all checkers because they give us our food at the window usually. But not here He came back to the window and said you have to pull around and park. We pulled around and parked and waited for about 25 minutes on an $18 order. Nothing but a burger and chicken tenders. The food was terrible. Absolutely terrible We didn't even eat it It was a waste Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
