May 31 1 am ordered the little Philly pockets and fries and drink. Fries came with a side of air and crunchy as hell; the Philly pockets came with a side cup of grease for dipping if you squeezed them hard enough into a cup. I called 3 times to complain no answer ; I called this morning apparently I’m blocked now from calling because I called too much last night trying to complain. This used to be my fav checkers and yall literally have went downhill a pure shame. I won’t my money back or my food exchanged because I did not eat any of it ; the pockets I threw up as I was driving and tossed the rest out the window n fries were still in bag as they are this morning. Only thing safe was the damn drink.. smh.. I know you don’t want to let us down you want to hear more and investigate the issue.. I already used the form and complained to the number online and they emailed you my contact info.. waiting on you my good sir!!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 3

Ordered burger with no onions. Got onions on my burger. Otherwise the food was good and the service was decent. Only other problem was they gave me no ketchup for my fries. Price per person: $10–20 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

Thanks for the feedback. Glad the food and service were decent but we understand about messing up the onions and missing the ketchup. We'll work with the kitchen team to make sure we get those details right on your next visit and earn that 5th star from you.
