The food was good, the service was OUTSTANDING! It was my 1st time at this location and the restaurant was very clean and very nice atmosphere. I was seated with a waitress Alyssa and she really went above and beyond. She took the time to go over the menu and even helped me select my dish. Which as she had suggested was AMAZING! Very sweet, kind young lady and the food was honestly wonderful especially the honey croissants. Will definitely be back, and recommend this restaurant to everyone. Prices were wonderful. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection

So this review is an after the fact. I couldn’t leave a review on my page because I had already left one from my account- Amber Waller (This is me on my husband's account) The first few times that I visited this location this year the service was not good at all very poor service is an understatement. My husband and I ordered food last week ( which I was not able to get many pictures of because it was so bad that we had just started trashing it) you can see the black potatoes and old stale croissants thats we were given the butter was not even melted on them. The manager John said that if my family and I came back he’d replace all of what we purchased. Long story short he did not but Marcia stepped in and cleared everything up. She was very sweet, very professional and the food we received tonight was very good and fresh as you can see. I am still unsure if we will be patronizing the chain moving forward however she did put a better taste in our mouth and changed our feelings. The food is good but really depends on who is cooking it. I think she helped prepare it herself. On 1-14-2026, we went to Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen. WOW, it was very clean and tables were all clean and well stocked. The service was great, our waitresses were awesome, Charmaine and Olivia. We will definitely ask for one of them on our next visit at the restaurant in GA. We had a bad experience at the Cheddars in Poller GA. We did a review on Google and they did reach out to us and gave us a gift card to come back. We live in North Augusta and didn't know of the Cheddars in Augusta GA. Once again, we are glad that we gave it another try. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: I am lactose intolerant, they had plenty of options on the menu for me to choose from.
