After hearing amazing things about this restaurant in the area, my partner and I decide to give it a try. We try their popular cheese curds. $8 later and I could have gotten them for $2 frozen from a grocery store and had better. We had to wait for about 30 - 40 minutes for the actual entree. They were not busy at all. I ordered the spasagna. It looked good. And the first bite tasted fine at best. Then after a few bites it was very evidently microwaved. The texture of the noodles and sauce were old. The heat was uneven, again showing microwaved. It was ice cold in a couple spots and extremely hot in others. I couldn't eat it. My partner ordered the meatloaf at the suggestion of the waitress. She couldn't take one bite. It was tough, looked and smelled like dog food and when I tried it for taste i had to spit it out. $55 for 2, and the food tasted worse than what I probably have in my trash can. I will never go back. Oh, and to add to it, the waitress was NOT attentive. I had to ask for refills and she didnt once come around to check on us for anything without us stopping her. Again, it was NOT busy. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

**0 Stars** A Total Waste of Time, Money, Energy, and Stomach Space This dining experience was a complete disaster, largely due to our server Bryson, who clearly doesn't care about his job. He was unenthusiastic and inattentive, forcing us to order appetizers via tablet after waiting for 10 minutes to be welcomed. To make matters more questionable, he even asked my 25-year-old boyfriend how old he was instead of simply carding him when he was already reaching for his wallet. The spinach dip was lackluster, lukewarm, and watery- tasting like it was made with frozen spinach. Despite requesting sour cream on the side via the tablet, it was dolloped on top. Chips and queso were mediocre, and our food took over 45 minutes to arrive after we were seated at 8:43 PM. It was supposed to be hot but neither tasted fresh nor warm--makes no sense. The ribeye was the only semi-decent part of the meal; seasoned well but didn't look appetizing and tasted rubbery- we brought the leftover steak home for our dog. Everything else was so disappointing. The cheesy broccoli casserole was passable, the Caesar salad was forgettable, and the rest of the food was underwhelming: the ribs were average, and the chicken was soggy instead of crispy. To top it off, the restaurant was dirty. Overall, this was the worst dining experience we've ever had. We had to start a note with the running list of complaints from the evening to add into this Yelp Review. Avoid this place at all costs. I tried Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen for the first time at the Greenwood location with a friend and I ordered the exact same meal. I was so happy with my experience that I left a 5-star review! I figured this CSK was closer to home so I wanted my boyfriend to try it, I was so excited in recommending that we go here for dinner. The entire dinner I kept apologizing for bringing us here. So completely and utterly disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

Group of us girls came in there tonight about 530. Food was terrible. They didn't cook our steaks right then took back and they came back cold. Salad was dried out. I will never go back
