BAD AND BAD SERVICE The lady at the counter is terribly unpleasant, she barely speaks to you, she doesn't look you in the face and if she does it's to glare at you. They say they offer shipping services like Punto Poste but in reality this is not the case. I showed up with the digital label and they refused me and asked me to print it. I returned with a printed label and they refused it again, telling me that they don't send all types of parcels with the post office. Embarrassing.
