I hadn't been to The Cheesecake Factory in years, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. While shopping at Perimeter Mall, I decided to stop in for dinner, and I'm glad I did. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was lively and inviting. The restaurant was busy, yet the service was attentive, friendly, and efficient. The overall dining experience exceeded my expectations. The highlight of my visit was the Miso Salmon. It was cooked perfectly—tender, flavorful, and beautifully seasoned. The miso glaze provided the perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors without overpowering the salmon itself. Every bite was delicious, and it was easily one of the best salmon dishes I've had in a long time. After being away for so many years, this visit reminded me why The Cheesecake Factory continues to be a favorite dining destination. Great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere made for a wonderful evening. If you're dining at Perimeter Mall, I highly recommend trying the Miso Salmon. I’ve given this place two chances now, and I’m officially done. We ordered takeout and the crispy chicken sandwich was genuinely inedible. It was so overcooked it had the texture of burnt cardboard—it literally crumbled like a dry cookie. The most disappointing part is the inconsistency. When you dine in, the food is fine. This is the second time they’ve sent out burnt chicken for a pickup order, which tells me they simply don't care about the quality of food that leaves the building in a bag. To top it off, the classic burger was rubbery and flavorless. Save your money and go somewhere that values their takeout customers as much as their dine-in ones. Visited the Beautiful location 3/1/26. The vibe didn’t seem right. It was extremely low lit inside. Almost seemed like candle lights. Server appeared after nearly 10 minutes. Food took sometime and wasn't so great. I visited from out of town with family. Normally Cheesecake Factor is highly rated. Ordered Fish and Chips, very small portion. Coleslaw was just plain with no dressing. Nachos were burnt leading to another long wait for replacement meal.server didnt check in but a few times. Service from the server could have been better. I tipped anyway. Tieshaun, bartender, made the experience. He prepared our drinks and delivered to us. I love a Mai Tai and Tieshaun prepared a great one. He also exemplified exceptional customer service. The Strawberry Margarita and Cucumber Martini was just as great. Tieshaun we above and beyond. My server hadn't been back to the table. I went to the bar to purchase another Mai Tai as the bar was shutting down. Tieshaun accommodated me. Please send my regards. Next time I'm in town I will seek Tieshaun's service. So should you. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes
