A LOT HAS CHANGED! The prices have gone up and portions have been reduced! They used to offer grated cheese on the pasta but no longer do that. We asked for extra chipotle sauce on the side when we ordered spicy chicken chipotle pasta, but we were given marinara sauce instead of Chipotle sauce. Also, the pasta was bland which we never had before. I don’t think I’ll keep Cheesecake Factory on my list of favorite restaurants anymore. I am most pleased with my experience at the Cheesecake Factory. It was a grand time, albeit had a rocky start. The food and service were astounding, except for when we were in the seating process. Me and my party were requested to follow our waiter to our table, except we had to stand by it whilst another employee set the silverware for the table, and even with the extra time spared for this inconvenience, they still managed to forget to set out my silverware. I honestly could have done without the utensils though, as they were stained and covered with various unknown marks, as well as my knife which had a fingerprint impressed upon the base of the blade. The salt shaker, which I was going to use for my fries, was dented and the cap was nearly unscrewed completely. But I was lucky enough to observe this before any trouble occurred. Other than these poor circumstances, the food was most delectable and service was superb. I would highly recommend an evening here to douse you and the rest of your party’s famine.
