Worst Service Ever! Especially to drivers who DoorDash! I came to pick up an order. The person behind the counter tells me in a condescending tone, “You have to wait outside of the gate!” No explanation! No smile! One of the other employees there, smiled and showed we where I had to go. Her nasty co-worker told her! “She has to wait outside of the gate!” It would have been nice to have an explanation! Her nastiness put me in a bad mood! The other girl guides me to the back. Where the customers food isn’t ready! I decide to go back to my car and wait! They could have provided chairs to wait or something!? I called in a complaint! We may not be the customer! But we should still be treated with respect! We make sure your customers get their food when they cannot! The person who made the complaint to DoorDash about me!? When it was you and your indignant employee who could have explained in a nicer tone the whole process from the beginning!? Should go through customer service training!! Meal type: Other

Food was very yummy. Waiter accommodated my gluten free questions (celiac). There were some good GF options. They do have GF pasta but heard mixed reviews on how they make it so I did not try it this time. Not many GF apps. I got the miso salmon and they even brought me some GF bread unprompted in the beginning so I could feel included with my group. I thought that was very thoughtful and the GF bread was actually really good! Much appreciated :) they have a couple GF cheesecakes. I usually get the plain one with strawberry topping but this time I opted for the Godiva chocolate flourless one. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–50

Uh so The Cheesecake Factory rules. I know I'm late to the game, but it was my first time dining at The Cheesecake Factory and it was incredible. The menu is as long as folks say but everything is impressively prepared to order. The portions are large and we didn't end up having our actual cheesecake slices until a day later and those of course, were out of this world. Service was wonderful! Our server was kind and super helpful! Will definitely be back! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
