Yesterday, I ordered a pizza online and proceeded to pick it up. My pizza was scheduled to be ready by 4:39pm and I did not receive it until after 5:30pm. I was told several times it needs more time in the oven. I was okay with that never complained, instead just waited patiently. In the meantime, I was given a coupon for a 4 sliced deep dish pizza and a drink for the inconvenience. Usually, I check my box of pizza before I leave any establishment but instead I trusted that the pizza was fine since it supposedly just got out of the oven. When I got home and opened the box of pizza I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED, but I still tried the veggie pizza and my daughter ate the pepperoni pizza. IT WAS DISGUSTING AND THE WORST PIZZA I’VE EVER TASTED IN MY LIFE. The vegetables looked old, the cheese was stiff and did not move, and it had no flavor it tasted like cardboard. Right away, I called up to the store to tell them about this trash of a pizza and spoke to the manager Alexis with all the face piercings. First of all, she was very rude, nonchalant, short, and uninterested in what I had to say. I asked her for a refund for this pizza since I could not eat it and she said she’s unable to provide that since I have the pizza in my possession. Instead, she could give me a store credit. I let her know that I could bring the pizza back up there cause there’s no way that I’d take a credit to this store I’ll never eat here again. Once I got to the store, I explained again about the pizza being nasty. She looked down the entire time while I spoke and barely responded or made any eye contact. she asked me for my receipt to refund the pizza and I gave it to her. Then she said I was all ready. I asked her for a receipt to prove that the refund was successfully refunded and then she started making faces as she spoke and said she has no way to show me the refund is valid. Now she’s making eye contact. I told her I didn’t like her attitude and the way that she has handled me during this situation. I asked if she was the store manager or if somebody else was. She began to lower her tone, explain a little better and even offered for me to take a picture a the register stating the the pizza was successful refunded and I did. PICTURE WILL BE BELOW. I left after that and went to another jets located in browns town off of telegraph rd which is also pictured below. The service was amazing and I even showed the staff the pizza I received at this location and they said this pizza looked terrible. Please NEVER eat at the jets on Goddard rd in Taylor MI. My husband ordered me a birthday pizza Sunday morning 3/22/26. He walked in and Andrew S immediately greeted him with a smile! The restaurant was spotless! My husband had the best experience! We do not order Jets often. It’s expensive and we are on a strict budget. The pizza was delicious!!! But the experience was outstanding!!! Thank you, Andrew! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Jet's Pizza in Taylor is my go-to pizza spot! The deep-dish crust is always perfectly crispy, and the toppings are generous. Quick delivery and consistently tasty pizzas make it a family favorite.
