Chef Mike Bon Bagay!!!!!! Yesterday I ordered the rasta pasta and a plate of Lalo and I would give everything a 10/10!!!!! It’s very rare to find good lalo in this area! The rasta pasta was just perfect very rich and a little spicy, just how I like it! I would give 6 stars if I could, bring back the bouyon tet kabrit chef!!! See you soon! Chef Mike’s fried goat is the real deal crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside. You can tell it’s cooked with care. Chef Mike himself has a dope personality and great attitude, which makes the whole experience even better. Definitely worth the drive, and they’ve got a nice outdoor seating area where you can sit and enjoy the food. I got axtail and goat, rice, plantain, cabbage. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you’re craving authentic Afro-Caribbean flavors, Chef Mike Cuisine is a must-visit! The food is rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The oxtails with black rice were absolutely amazing-- tender with a good savory flavor. And the fried plantains rounded out the meal! The portions were very generous! It's inside the gas station but I highly recommend if you’re looking for bold, authentic Afro-Caribbean cuisine done right. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
