I can't say enough about this little establishment. High quality food. My wife had the salmon, and I had the chicken parmesan with vodca sauce. It was absolutely delicious. Chef comes out and does a little presentation for you too ( for the chicken parm) we started out with the chips, salsa and guac. The hibiscus tea was delicious, had the watermelon fresca also. We ended with the cheesecake. Again absolutely delicious. Chef is a native of Uvalde, generations old. He'll give you a little history of it if you take the time to chat with him. Even as busy as they were he found time for an outstanding presentation, and to talk to the guests. 10 outa 10 I'd eat there again. This place has been on my radar for awhile and I’m so upset it took me so long to go. Finally went to celebrate my mother in laws birthday. The staff was so courteous and friendly. The atmosphere was great with good music softly playing. I thought the inside was nicely decorated and loved learning that some of the pictures on the walls were actually Chef Ryan’s family who had a long history here in Uvalde and the surrounding area. Once we placed our order it wasn’t long until our Chorizo Queso came out. The menu says its for two but three of us shared it and we still had enough to take some home. It was a generous portion for sure. We ordered the pepperoni pizza which had a crispy crust. It was very delicious. We also got the Pastrami sandwich with a perfectly toasted sourdough bread. Last but not least we got the Rosemary Asiago burger and that burger was big and so good. Cooked to perfection and everything in it was fresh. The fries were so so good too. The fries were crispy and the aioli on the fries was so tasty. Also I recommend the cheesecake for sure I was so full I had to take it to go but it’s worth the splurge plus you get it in a cute mason jar. We were treated like family and the food was out of this world. There’s nothing like this place in Uvalde. My family loved it so much we are already planning on coming back for dinner.
