Chef’s Garden isn’t just the best restaurant in Rincón. It’s one of the most unforgettable dining experiences I’ve ever had. Chef Josiah is a true visionary. Every dish tells a story of Puerto Rico, honoring the island’s farms, fishermen, history, and native ingredients while transforming them into works of art. You don’t simply eat here, you experience the Caribbean through creativity, passion, and purpose. The farm-to-table philosophy isn’t a trend here. It’s the heart of everything they do. Every course feels alive, impossibly fresh, thoughtful, and beautifully composed. You can taste the respect for the land in every bite. The atmosphere is pure magic. Surrounded by lush gardens, candlelight, and the sounds of nature, Chef’s Garden feels like you’ve discovered a hidden paradise. Elegant without being pretentious. Intimate, peaceful, and deeply inspiring. If Michelin stars were awarded in Puerto Rico, Chef Josiah would deserve one. His vision, talent, and commitment to sustainable Caribbean cuisine have created something truly extraordinary. A perfect 10/10. The food. The atmosphere. The service. The philosophy. Everything. One of my favorite experiences visiting PR last week. An intimate setting that feels like you're having an incredible meal at a good friend's finca. We sat outside and enjoyed the sounds of PR after a long beach day. We decided on the a la carte menu but next time we'll be doing the 5-course tasting menu as we saw others enjoying it and felt it would be a great experience. The chef came out to introduce himself and we had the pleasure of meeting his wife who is Colombian, as are my partner and I. They were both so kind and genuine. I've been recommending Chef's Garden to everyone I talk to about my PR travels! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $60–70
