I’ve honestly never had an experience like this at Chick-fil-A before, which made this even more disappointing because this company prides itself on customer service and hospitality. My team and I placed an order around 4:59 PM, but I wasn’t able to take my lunch until about 5:20 PM. When I opened my sandwich, the bread was extremely hard. I politely brought it back and explained the situation to a manager in training, but instead of trying to help, I was repeatedly told nothing could be done because the order was made “25 minutes ago” and that bread gets hard unless it’s under a heater. I then asked to speak with another leader. A director named Jack came over, looked at the sandwich, acknowledged the bread was hard, but continued focusing on the timing rather than resolving the issue professionally. He eventually agreed to remake it, but the interaction still felt dismissive and uncomfortable. What really bothered me was seeing leadership talking and laughing with each other immediately after the interaction while I was still standing there waiting for my food. It made the situation feel dismissive and uncomfortable as a customer. This wasn’t about wanting free food. It was about basic customer service and professionalism, especially from leadership. This chick fil a has done me dirty too many times. There is a 50/50 chance your soda/drink will have no syrup in it and only be spicy (carbonated) water. This has happened to me at this location several times, its starting to feel personal. Also they skimp on fries. I was there today and got a large fry and they gave me medium fries in a large container. Never go here, just go to the one by the mall, it never gets anything wrong. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This is the slowest drive through I’ve ever experienced. Multiple times we will wait 5+ mins even with just one car ahead of us and it’s frustrating during the breakfast time that they flip the menu before we are helped, due to breakfast cutoff, but because their team is slow to receive and take orders. I’ve tried placing an order on the app and had to miss my food due to slow experience. This needs to be improved. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
