I’m really sorry that your experience with the tenders and the spice levels missed the mark, especially when you were trying to find something your son could enjoy.Our “Not So Hot” should never feel like a surprise heat level, and if it came out looking heavily peppered, that’s on us. We clearly didn’t communicate the options well at the counter, and the fact that “plain” wasn’t offered upfront is something we need to correct with the team immediately. You shouldn’t have to discover that after the fact.As for the hotter spice levels lacking flavor — that’s also feedback we take seriously. Heat without flavor isn’t what we aim for, and we’ll be reviewing that with the kitchen to make sure we’re delivering something balanced and enjoyable.I appreciate you being honest with us.
