Not great at all. Mashed potatoes tasted like mop water with hand soap. Too expensive and gross. Same thing as other restaurants charge more get less except this location it’s wayyyyy less. Workers are half ass at best rude hateful. This isn’t the same place it was when it opened up by far. Atmosphere highest rating cause we were only ones in there. Biscuits discontinued even though the menu has them and when you place an order with a biscuit they sneak a roll in. Who eats gravy with a roll ? Also if you want a dipping sauce it now cost. 50 cents. Plus they got my order wrong. No longer a long time customer. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

We moved from Bryant, AR, so when we saw the chicken express in Hope, we were excited because ce was one of our favorites...however, this one's customer service is bad. Idk what is going on, but every employee we have interacted with has been somewhat rude or atleast short answered that comes off as rude. Im a smile until they smile guy, and it doesn't work here. Lol. On top of that, they make you pay extra for sauces, waters and napkins in the drivethru...like WHAT!? 0.75$ FOR A WATER!? 50 cents for a sauce? Was Bryant ce just spoiling us? Which is the normal? Stingy as can be, or generous with a smile? Im actually curious. Thanks. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
