This location is too hit or miss and honestly too expensive for the gamble. I ordered a kids meal today and paid over $9 dollars. Only fries are able to be the side and was told(which previously I’ve been able to swap out for something different), “oh but it comes with a cookie now!”. Went ahead and settled for the fries and got home and said cookie was basically frozen and sitting on top of the(what should have been) hot foodby then everything was cold and I live less than 5 min utes away. I’ve given enough opportunity and I’ll not be returning. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Well, you feel like you are causing them a problem by being in the drive-through. Don’t think they enjoy their jobs. Spent 35 bucks but was limited to six spicy serendipity. Needed at least 12. As for 2/2 and half sweet unsweet iced teas. They taste nothing alike. One is completely unsweet, one is barely. I’m terrified to think about how they prepared the food. I usually love Chicken Express but the Justin location is now an exception. I ordered at the drive through to take home. 25 piece express tenders with 2 sides was $56.00. I blame myself for paying the ridiculous high price. The prices have increased tremendously over the past couple of years and the quality of food has gone down. Anyway, I paid and drove home with the order only to find out that gravy isn’t included with the order anymore and they no longer give you a choice of rolls/biscuits. The high price for what you receive is enough for me to never go back to this location, but service is bad as well. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
