We ordered a large mixed box of strips. The half spicy were inedible rocks. The rest were stone cold. Same for the fries and gravy. I fed my family peanut butter sandwiches. I have NEVER seen such food leave an establishment. I called the store 3 times with no one answering the phone. I called back 2 more times and got a “busy signal”. They knew what they did. I WILL be following up with the corporate office. This was a drive thru robbery. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

I Called in togo order tonight of livers and gizards asked okra and corn poppers and asked for it to be fresh.. I checked the boxes in the restaurant but didn't check the food on the bottom.. the okra was hard as a rock. . I also ordered 4 spicy chicken for 8.49 and it was not eatable .. none of it was fresh like I asked. I will not be getting food from the Gun barrel City chicken express again They need to do better.. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Employees are very rude.girls always giggling, playing not professional at all. Manager just ignores their behavior. Overcharging at times, you have to watch them, they aren’t supposed to charge for cocktail sauce if you order a meal but they do every time. Complained to manager but he just walked away. I kept trying to talk to him but he just ignored me. They need to fire the whole bunch and start over again.
