This place is rough. More often than not, is out of something, employees are rude and have no manners. Took down my order wrong. Asked to move forward after paying and once I did, was honked at to move forward more. I’ll just be glad if the food is cooked enough to not get sick. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If you are going to hire a drive thru expert, please give them a hearing test. I asked for sweet tea like 3 times. The black lady gave me unsweetened tea. I took a sip and immediately knew that i got unsweetened tea. I told her that I wanted sweet tea, and I got unsweetened tea. She immediately said, "I heard unsweetened." She Did not even apologize. Bad customer service. So I told her that is not what I said, regardless of what you think you heard. Yeah, she gave me them cross eyes.... For shame. I call for a Boycott. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I placed an online order for pickup through the drive-through because I have limited mobility and cannot walk. When I arrived, I was told to come inside. I calmly explained that I couldn’t, and instead of understanding or offering a solution, the manager came out angry, ranting about having kids and how she’d “have to pay” if the order got stolen. That’s not my problem — I just wanted the food I paid for, not an argument. To make things worse, the order was wrong — they gave me gravy instead of the sauce I ordered. This location clearly has no understanding of accessibility, professionalism, or basic customer service. If this is how management treats people with disabilities, it’s shameful and completely out of line. Do better, Chicken Express. People deserve respect, not excuses. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
