We have given this chicken express too many second chances. All 7 or 8 times we have gotten food from here the same problems have existed( with the exception of one time) 25 minute (or more) wait for food, order was incomplete or wrong, employees seemed confused or unknowledgeable on products and product availability. It’s sad because we really like chicken express but we have given the Tomball location too many chances, especially since we have never experienced a problem with the Magnolia chicken express. Maybe a change in leadership and management could bring the Tomball chicken express to a level that the magnolia location operates at. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Roll was was still raw. Wet doe!! Also had to wait 20 min for chicken to be cooked. Bad cook management. Chicken was a bit salty too. Grease needs changing. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
