Been coming here for several years but I think Im done with this location. There is an older gentleman, who I believe is the kitchen supervisor, who constantly under serves rice and when you ask him to add more rice, he puts this face of bewilderment, gets upset, and tries to overcharge you for the food. He has done this several times now. If you dont pressure him to add the correct amount of rice to your order (which is a standard amount that he should be adding anyway because it comes with the price if the bowl!), he'll be more than happy to do 3 or 4 half-hearted scoops while charging you full price. Its absolutely thievery.

My husband walked in at 8:15 (45 min before they close) and the staff reminded him that they close at 9 when he asked for yellow rice. She also said they didn’t have teriyaki kitchen until someone from the back yelled that they do. Proceeded to give white rice that is completely undercooked. I usually enjoy this location but this experience left such a bad taste in my mouth and I had toss out my meal too. Do better!

I love the chicken kitchen at pembroke. I would only come to this location when I had work down here. I’ve had a terrible experience with a worker named magi giving me attitude towards me after I told her my order. Instead of attending me she made her co worker David take care of me. I repeated my order back to him and he went above and beyond. I was treated very well by David and I came back months later to not find him working there anymore. I come back to the manager LORENZO also giving me attitude because he was fed up with a door dasher. I am also disgusted at the fact I keep finding cheese in my order and after coming back I come to find cheese in the container with tomatoes. This is simply unsanitary and not safe for people who are lactose intolerant. The quality of service is only going down. I would strongly not recommend eating here. Price per person: USD 20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
