This is my Second time having a bad experience here at this place Ordering the same thing which was only three steak empanadas. They didn’t have any available so they told me to wait three minutes as they did last time and over 30 minutes went by no exaggeration!!! I had to walk back up like I was re-ordering to see that they had replaced the empanadas, but never called me up from my order. The guy who was making the food who rung me up and then was looking at me like he never seen me before after I sat there in his face the whole time. I had to show them my receipt on my phone and the transaction several times over and over again before they realize and all I get was a sorry mind you my time was wasted due to me being on my lunch break. The problem is my coworkers and company have a partnership with them so we get a discount and I have my work shirt on so they knew I worked nearby but was treated as if I was asking for something. I didn’t already paid for and waited over my time for I was never compensated on that. Meal type: Lunch Service: 1

This establishment is my fav workday lunch spot. There's never a wait, the food is always fresh, flavor on point, and the staff are always so kind. My go to is a Quarter Dark w Double Brussels. I love that meal so much. I will continue to support this business as they are a gem!! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Whole Chicken, Spicy Sauce

It was my first time in Poyoteca Peruvian Chicken. The food was delicious. The service was excellent and the atmosphere and music was on point. Definitely going again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30
