Listen I love Chicken Shack and I have for 30+ years but the new TENDERS NEED TO GO....BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL....New ones are bad.

edit 8/26: i have received zero communication from chicken shack despite reaching out through multiple outlets, including their feedback form. you can even see here that i’m one of the only reviews they didn’t respond to personally. don’t waste your money here, they genuinely do not care about their customers and what they have to say. oh chicken shack, how the mighty have fallen. so we’ve been eating here since we moved to the area and it’s always been a great fallback for lunch or dinner. i loved the chicken tenders and it was always my go to as they were massive, juicy, and crispy and i always felt like i was getting my money’s worth until about a month ago. we went in and the chicken tenders had been changed and they were very VERY disappointing to say the least. they cost the same as the big tenders but were at least 50% smaller, maybe even more, and the pieces i received were mostly all breading, i had multiple spots that didn’t have any chicken in them AT ALL. so i asked the guys behind the counter and they made it very clear they agreed and they didn’t like the new chicken tenders either and that i should reach out to corporate… well that’s where the real problems started. i tried to use the feedback page on the website only to find the link itself is broken, meaning i had to google search “chicken shack feedback form” to find a working link, so i did and the page assured me i would receive a response shortly. i never did. so i tried asking on instagram what was going on and my comment was ignored and deleted. so i left another comment calling out the instagram account for deleting my comment and then the chicken shack page sent me a DM asking for my email address, promising me that someone would reach out. that never happened. so i submitted ANOTHER feedback form over a week ago and guess what? still absolute crickets. chicken shack was one of my favorite places but the last month has absolutely ruined any love i had for the place. chicken shack, please listen. the new chicken tenders ARE BAD. THEY ARE SO BAD AND DRY AND POOR QUALITY AND JUST ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING COMPARED TO WHAT THEY USED TO BE. the staff doesn’t like them and customers don’t either. go back to the old style. i don’t mind waiting a little longer for good chicken that’s worth the price. seriously, listen to your customers and staff. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

New policy adds 3.8 percent to your bill if using credit or debit card...the latter is illegal. An annoyance not much appreciated as businesses work hard to drain your pocketbook. Sorry state of affairs.
